Together we go to see a movie, a theater play or a concert every month. We are especially keen to find international events in different languages.
General conditions:
- To take part at the regularly organized trips of Kulturverein wegather you can get an annual membership for 60 EUR or pay a fee of 5 EUR per trip.
- Entrance fees are to be paid extra. Depending on the size of the group it is sometimes possible to get discounts.
- Sometimes tickets need to be bought in advance. In those cases we offer to get the tickets for you – provided you register and pay until the registration deadline.
- If you decide to join on short notice, you can do so. But then you are responsible to get tickets yourself. Same if you need special tickets (eg. discounted senior cititzens or students tickets.)
- Each member or paying adult can bring max. two children up to 14 years old to the cultural visits for free. However Kulturverein wegather does not take on any duties of supervision.

Together we attend the concert “Vienna, Tokyo… You Cities of My Dreams”, which takes place in honor of the friendship between Donaustadt and Arakawa. Risako Hiramatsu (lyrical coloratura) and Eduard Kutrowatz (piano) interpret works by Franz Schubert, Yoshinao Nakada, Richard Strauss, Ikuma Dan, Franz Liszt, Ambroise Thomas and Eduard Kutrowatz.

That’s why we meet there to have dinner together and then listen to the concert of “Affäre Dreyfuss” with Dominik Fuss (tp&flh), Martin Fuss (sax), Martin Harms (sax&fl), Max Tschida (p), Uli Langthaler (b) and Mario Gonzi (dm). The formation was founded in 2015 by Dominik, Florian and Martin Fuss. Based on the tradition of hard bop, the band develops a contemporary interpretation of modern jazz in their own compositions. The sextet dedicates the evening to the American pianist Duke Pearson, who released the album “Sweet Honey Bee” in 1967. Freddie Hubbard, James Spaulding, Joe Henderson, Ron Carter and Mickey Roker took part.
